Two accomplished choirs that
will perform at the
Missoula's International
Choral Festival

gave a free concert on
Tuesday, July 16 at 7 pm
at the Seeley-Swan High School Auditorium.

The choirs included the
Lithuanian Boys' Choir DAGILĖLIS
from Lithuania
and the
Batavia Madrigal Singers from Indonesia.

Tour of the Arts
2019

 

The tour stretches over 90 miles from north of Condon to Lincoln. This self-guided tour included stops at art studiosgalleries and historical museums.

The Tour of the Arts is an opportunity to visit the artists in their studios, meet them immersed in their passion and see them at work. Visitors will be welcomed into their artist lifestyle, learn firsthand about their art and hear their stories of creation. The tour is continuing our collaboration with three local historical museums featuring 13 of the artists: Condon's Upper Swan Valley Historical Museum, Seeley Lake's Historical Museum and Ovando's Brand Bar Museum Each museum is housed in a fascinating historical building, and visitors will enjoy absorbing the local lore and old stories side-by-side with experiencing these artists' techniques and perspectives.

When time gets closer to the tour dates, printed maps will be available in Seeley Lake at the Grizzly Claw Trading Company, at the Seeley Lake Visitor's Center, in Condon at Grace's Gallery, and at participating galleries and museums.

ceramic sculpture, stained glass boxes, lamps and more.
