Tour of the Arts
Welcome to the Crown of the Continent Tour of the Arts organized by Alpine Artisans, Inc. This is your opportunity to visit artists in their own studios, as well as galleries and museums in the Seeley-Swan & Blackfoot Valleys. Studios and galleries are open year-round by appointment.

Alpine Artisans' self-guided tour of artists' studios, galleries and museums leads you on an enchanted journey through the Seeley-Swan Valley of western Montana.
On the Tour of the Arts, you have the opportunity to meet artists immersed in their passion, and see them at work. You'll be welcomed into their lives and their lifestyle. Visit one-on-one with them to learn first-hand about their art and hear their stories of creation. Take time to embrace the special world of the artisan at work.
This is what one visitor had to say about the Tour of the Arts:
"It was fantastically exciting to visit studios—meet these warm, friendly, skilled and professional artists, each with a unique studio/house and each with their very own artistic set-up! The scenery is brilliant and the artwork is superb—and seeing it in the context it was created in makes it all more accessible, more intimate."
We invite you to contact the local area establishments to reserve a night or two of lodging and turn your Tour of the Arts into an event dedicated to personal growth and relaxation.
