Loon & Fish Festival - 2025

Artists:

If you plan to display your work at the festival, you need to complete an
Artwork Log and turn it in by Friday, July 11.

The Artwork Log can be downloaded here, with additional information below, including:
1. completing the form; 2. when to drop off your work to be displayed; and 3. when to pickup your work at the end of the festival.

Additional Information

1) The artwork log can be filled out electronically or by hand.

To fill it out electronically, click on the link above, which will open the Artwork Log form.
Fill out the form, save it* and email it to: alpineartisans@outlook.com

* to save the form, either download it first or click the “Printer Icon” and set the ‘Destination’ to “Save as PDF”
Note: when saving It would be helpful to replace the word “artist” with you name followed by “-artworkLog2025”

This enables us to make the labels for your art ahead of time – which really pays off!

2) Drop off your artwork . . .

at the Seeley Lake Community Foundation on Thursday, July 17 from 4-7 pm OR Friday morning from 9 to 11 am.    This enables us to get the artwork set up beautifully by 5 pm Friday for the opening reception.

3) Pick up your unsold art . . .

You will need to come back to the Foundation building on Sunday at 2 pm to pick up your unsold art, unless you have made other firm arrangements.

 

Number of Art Entries:
Artists can submit up to 8 larger items (paintings, larger sculpture), and up to 12 medium-sized items (bowls, ceramics, paintings). Artists with smaller items such as jewelry or art cards can submit many more but you must provide a display for the smaller items.

Packaging:
If you bring your own packaging for the art, put your name and the title/description of the art piece that it belongs to on the packaging and check the right hand “P” column on the artwork log, indicating that you have packaging.
