The Senior Scholarship was created to support tuition or fees for post-secondary education. Eligibility includes high school students in their senior year attending Seeley-Swan High School, Lincoln High School or a home-school program residing in the Blackfoot or Seeley Swan Valley. Scholarship awards range between $500-$1000. While pursuit of an art degree is most applicable, other degree paths will be considered. If your degree path does not include an art specific degree, please be prepared to explain how the arts will enhance your educational pursuit and how you plan to stay engaged in artistic endeavors.

The 2024 Senior Scholarship application will open in March 2024. A completed application with all accompanying documents is due no later than May 10, 2024.

Congratulations to our 2023 Senior Scholarship recipient,
Jessica Zarske, from Lincoln, MT.

Jessica plans to attend Montana State University Northern in Havre, MT to become a land surveyor. Her studies will require her to understand calculus, geographic information systems, and cartography.

Her greatest inspiration in her life was her Aunt Becky, who she remembers every time she creates a piece of artwork. She plans to keep her love of art alive by joining the Art Club at MSU-Northern. In the future, she hopes to sell her artwork in addition to her professional goals of being a land-surveyor. We hope your artistic eye will continue to be inspired through your work in nature.

Congratulations and best wishes to Jessica!
